Very good hotel
Amazing view from the balcony, very kind staff, very good breakfast, close to centre localisation, nice indian restaurant nearby
Silverfishes in the room (one was about 4-5 cm long), unsafe balcony barriers, rooms are nice but they need some refurbishment

Some staff speak only poor English, fancy, quiet (in February), overall good
good room, clean, rather quiet, swimming pool
Some staff speak poor English. They misunderstood what I said but instead of asking me for clarification, they gave me the wrong answer, and I only found out later. (They said it's "not possible" when I asked about swimming in the pool, while later I learned that it is possible and they probably thought I want breakfast, which was not possible as I didn't book it, I don't have problems with hotel staff understanding me elsewhere, so I think it's mostly their poor English).

Good
Breakfast was excellent with a large selection of hot or cold meals
The Shower was very small and dark , it was also dangerously slippy Constant noise from the Roadworks outside the Hotel and getting to and from the Hotel made very difficult and dirty
